Halloween has always held a special place in my heart. It is a celebration of mystery, imagination, glowing lanterns, and the magical feeling that anything can happen. From this love of Halloween, a story was born—one filled with courage, friendship, and the ancient magic that protects the night. This is how Lili Blackmoon and the Halloween Guardian came to life.

A Story Born from Magic and Childhood Wonder

The book follows Lili Blackmoon, a young witch apprentice who arrives at Witchschool on the eve of Halloween. What begins as a simple journey of learning soon transforms into a powerful adventure. Lili and her friends—Mira, Zara, and Pipin—discover that the Whispering Forest hides a dangerous secret: a fragment of ancient darkness has slipped through the Samhain gate.

As Halloween approaches, the darkness grows stronger, feeding on fear and searching for the Lantern Heart, the magical flame that protects the world every Halloween night. When the teachers and council struggle to stop it, Lili must face her fears, trust her heart, and awaken the ancient spell created by Ardelia, the first witch of the Blackmoon line.

With courage and kindness, Lili becomes more than an apprentice—she becomes the Guardian of Halloween Night.

How the Story Was Created

This book was inspired by my lifelong love for Halloween. To me, Halloween is not about fear—it is about magic, creativity, glowing lights, and the feeling that the world becomes a little more enchanted. I wanted to capture that atmosphere and bring it to children through a story filled with warmth, bravery, and wonder.

Every chapter was written to reflect the beauty of Halloween: the shimmering lanterns, the whispering forests, the glowing moon, and the idea that even the smallest spark of courage can defeat the darkest shadow.
